David Lee

For the past 25 years, David Lee has been a luminary in Nevada’s race and sports wagering industry. He was the corporate race and sports vice president for Mandalay Resort Group, where he directed and oversaw race and sports wagering for seven world-class hotel-casinos in Nevada.  Mr. Lee has also opened and operated casinos in the Latin American market.  Prior to Mandalay, Mr. Lee served in similar positions with Harrah’s and the Holiday Casino. Mr. Lee also worked with Scientific Games to establish an International Sports Division that was headquartered in Las Vegas.  Since his departure from Scientific Games he is now a principle at International Gaming Consultants that has assisted Mexican permit holders to plan and open over 18 sport books. 

Sean Nickerson

Sean Nickerson is a principle at International Gaming Consultants.  He has assisted many companies in launching Latin American gaming ventures. He was previously the Managing Director for IGT Mexico and has served in numerous senior management positions in the gaming industry in the Latin American market. He has over 12 years of experience in lottery, online gaming, payment processing, sports/race and slot machine development and deployment, both domestically and internationally. Mr. Nickerson's expertise is in assisting both domestic and international casinos and tribal organizations in the selection and deployment of gaming technology in their casinos. He has also started up company-owned subsidiaries in the Latin American gaming market, working closely with legal support and government agencies to ensure all local laws and regulations are properly adhered to.   In addition, Mr. Nickerson is also a certified project manager that has implemented numerous gaming projects around the world.
